The Company, originally formed in 1997 as T.J. Auto's, was operating as a mobile Commercial Vehicle Repairs service. Tony Jones, the Proprietor with over 20 years experience in the trade, quickly became known for his quality and reliability; because of this the business grew to the point where workshop premises were required.
In March 2002 premises were found on what is now the former Southfields Coachworks Site on Summerpool Road in Loughborough, with easy access from Junction 23 & 24of the M1 and Nottingham East Midlands Airport. The Business name changed to TrucKnBus UK.
